Carol earned her real estate license in the spring of 1998.  She joined Keller Williams as a Licensed Agent in September of 1998 where her real estate career took off. She closed over 60 transactions and referrals in 2 ½ short years. Carol transitioned from Sales into becoming the CFO of the Southeast Sound Office. Carol then assumed the role of CEO for real estate offices in San Francisco, Long Beach and Valencia California before returning to the Seattle area to coach real estate agents to success and build her real estate business.

Carol brings to the table over 30 years of sales, management and finance experience in sales, leasing, property management, marketing and public relations.
